    I've worked for the federal government for the past 10 years and as time has gone on I've become more aware of how detrimental this sort of work environment can be to my health. The amount of sitting is very unhealthy. Winning this would give me the excuse I need to get off my butt and the time with a trainer would be extremely useful to learn how to be healthier and how I can change my habits to ensure my health for many more years.
