Things To Do in Arnprior: Arnprior Fair

Small towns can be a lot of fun -especially when the fair comes! The 160th Arnprior Fair is headed to town Thursday August 9th through Sunday August 12th located in the center of town,  at the Arnprior Fair Grounds.

Many of the yearly traditions such as the demolition derby and truck & tractor pulls are of course back again this year! Musical entertainment hits the stage both Friday and Saturday evenings, and this year include Catalyst, Fifth Street, and Canada’s own Trooper! Along with all the rides, the kids can enjoy Little Rays Reptiles all weekend long!

Admission to the Arnprior Fair this year is $8 for anyone over 13 years of age before 5pm and $10 afterwards, $2 for children 7-13 years old, and 2 and under are FREE! Sunday is ’Family Day’, where everyone over 13 years old will get in for $5 all day long, and anyone 12 and under are FREE! You can buy advances ride bands or 4 day weekend passes for $28. These are on sale now until August 7th. They are available at The Hairdressers, Peebles, Remax Realty all in Arnprior, as well as The Poutine Queen in Almonte and Duffers Chip Wagon in Carleton Place.
