    I agree with anything chocolate, but I think if I won this certificate I would like to put it towards a cake for my mom and her birthday the end of August.  She has had to deal with so many hard issues this past year that she deserves something special.

    Love lemon or chocolate cake with vanilla icing!  And really love Simple and Pretty cakes, they are beautiful!  Just had a cupcake bouquet for my daughter's birthday it was fabulous!

    I would get vanilla with buttercream icing, and maybe get a mini cake or a cupcake for my daughter Lily to smash so I can take some cake-smash photos. Her first birthday is in a few months.

    my favorite type of cake since childhood has been angel food cake with chocolate frosting. my Mom always had that for me for my birthdays.  Strawberries and whipped cream with it are good too.   yum.
