Putting it all together!

The last 4 posts may seem overwhelming, but don’t get frustrated. Take one step at a time. I will wrap it all up here. AND please don’t hesitate to ask questions or if you need clarity on some points- There are no stupid questions!

1- Start! Decide on what you would like to change and write it down
2- Make small changes in your nutrition for both you and your family. It can be as simple as removing sugar from your coffee in the morning. Record a food diary.
3- Take time for yourself. Sleep, rest, and recovery are important for weight loss.
4- Move and exercise. Run with your kids and play, join a gym or look for local walking or running clubs
5- Try to adapt a healthy natural lifestyle.

Seek help if you need help, be honest with yourself and don`t stress about it, have fun- find a friend to make these changes with. Get your family on board, I believe in you! Email me for any info
